Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellations
If you cancel your ceremony:

Officiant Cancellation
If Weddings By Dennis must cancel due to illness, emergency, severe weather, or circumstances beyond reasonable control:
Any amounts paid will be refunded if a replacement officiant cannot be arranged.
Weddings By Dennis will make reasonable efforts to assist in finding a qualified replacement.
No-Show Policy
If the couple fails to appear at the agreed-upon ceremony location and time without prior communication, the ceremony may be considered canceled and no refund will be issued.
